I’m Dina, and I work with the "strong ones." I help people who have tried all the things—talk therapy, journaling, endless podcasts—yet still wake up feeling anxious, disconnected, and trapped in their own thoughts. For a long time, that was my story, too. I lived in a constant state of performing and people-pleasing, masked by the physical toll of stress-induced migraines. I spent years wondering why "safety" felt like a foreign language, no matter how hard I worked to achieve it.

Everything shifted when I found tools that spoke directly to the body and the subconscious mind, which is where true, lasting healing actually lives. I stopped merely managing symptoms and started addressing the source.

As a certified EFT Practitioner and Integrated Attachment Theory (IAT) Coach, I now help you gently untangle long-held beliefs, self-protective patterns, and chronic nervous system responses.

The Life You Are Building: We don't just do this work to "feel better.” We do it so you can finally move forward with happier, healthier relationships that don't leave you feeling depleted. What is EFT? (Emotional Freedom Technique)

The Language of the Body: Think of EFT, or "Tapping," as acupuncture without the needles. By gently tapping on specific meridian points on the face and body while focusing on a stressor, we send a calming signal directly to the amygdala—the brain's "alarm center."

  • Why it works: Tapping on meridian points generates electricity using the primovascular system. It can help to physically ease the body out of the fight, flight, freeze, fawn response. Our body is our subconscious mind, so we must work with the body. This allows you to process heavy emotions without your nervous system feeling overwhelmed, moving you from survival mode to a state of safety in real-time.

What is IAT? (Integrated Attachment Theory)

The Blueprint of the Mind: While EFT calms the body, IAT addresses the "software" of your mind. Developed by Thais Gibson, this method looks at the core beliefs, emotional patterns, and fears of abandonment or rejection that were programmed into your subconscious during childhood.

  • Why it works: Most of our relationship struggles aren't about the present moment—they are about old attachment wounds. IAT gives us the tools to reprogram those blueprints, helping you move from Anxious or Avoidant or Fearful Avoidant toward Secure Attachment.

Why These Two Together?

Healing the Root, Not Just the Symptom: Traditional talk therapy lives in the conscious mind. But the patterns that keep you "stuck"—the people-pleasing, the chronic anxiety, the self-doubt—live in your nervous system and your subconscious.

By combining EFT and IAT, we address both. We calm the physical "fire" of stress while simultaneously rewriting the internal story that started the fire in the first place. This is how we move beyond coping and into true, lasting security.
